- Refunds will only be given if the performance of your WordPress site has not improved after using our optimization service. We will require evidence to show that our service did not have the desired effect.
- Refunds will not be given for any month in which services have been rendered.
How to Claim Refund:

- Your Transaction ID or Invoice Number
- The reason for your refund request
- Any supporting evidence if applicable
Once we receive the necessary documents, we will process your request for refund within 7 working days.
Refund Processing:
Once the refund request has been approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days. The amount will be credited to the original method of payment.
Final Provisions:
